Awful location, fuel Island. Very tight. Very dirty, I would never return here ever again. The entrance gets blocked because it's also the exit

If you’re experienced something like this please share so someone in much higher rank gets to see these! WORST PLACE! DO NOT RESERVE PARKING DO NOT TRIP PLAN HERE OR FUEL!!!!!. Manager doesn’t check if reserved places are actually been paid for so every parking spot is filled with drivers who didn’t pay. Apparently “they” whomever they are, don’t listen to the manager when she needs night shift maintenance. Since she can’t get out herself at night and leave the store. There was three ppl working while I was there. Thank god received my money. But what do I tell the police when they see my clock overdraft? What do I do with the violation? Where else do I find parking now? How am I not supposed to be angry? INSANE!!!!!! Worst ppl. Worst commercial for PILOT. And if “they” don’t care… well then there is no hope. Can’t believe you leave a lady alone there. Definitely lost not just a customer but also an account holder… doesn’t even feel like anyone cares, I said it anyway 🤷♀️

This place needs another way in or out for semi trucks. This pilot has one of the worst entrance and exit for trucks on the planet (one way in and one way out) for semi trucks.

We don't normally go to the pilots when on the road. However they are one of Erie's few options, we were pleasantly surprised at how clean the facility was. The ladies working were very polite and hard working. Heather was leading a great team working with Theo. Together they juggle the night life duties extremely well. Pilot is lucky to have these 2 dedicated ladies working the night shift for them! Not only cleaning up the night but switching over to the breakfast crowd. We will not hesitate to stop by again on our way through! Thank you ladies for a wonderful visit!
